Live Coaching

(Zoom/FaceTime or in-person in Austin)

Session length: 60 minutes
Billing:
every 4 weeks (subscription)
Minimum:
2 sessions/week (any mix of remote + in-person)
1 session/week options available, add $300 every 4 weeks (this covers programming + additional support)

  • Remote (Zoom/FaceTime): $150 per session
  • In-person (Austin): $275 per session
  • No minimum membership duration


What’s included:

  • App-based programming for everything else you do (strength, endurance, mobility)
  • Unlimited messaging support


Example
1 in-person + 1 remote per week = $1,700 every 4 weeks
(Cardio + any additional programming included in the app)


Asynchronous Coaching

(App-based)

$500 every 4 weeks, or prepaid:

  • 6 months: $2,400 (25% discount)
  • 12 months: $3,900 (40% discount)


Includes:

  • App-based programming for strength, endurance, and mobility
  • One 30-minute check-in call every 4 weeks
  • Unlimited messaging support


Important Notes

  • The consultation call is free and has no strings attached
  • The first assessment session does not require a membership: $350 in person / $200 remote
  • All sales are final
